A pet industry veteran since 2016, climbed the ranks from doggy daycare manager to General Manager in a top-ranked national pet wellness chain. Expert in budgeting, inventory management, and team training, he has brought stores to peak performance. Xander is now bringing his expertise to Front Range Natural Pet in Fort Collins, aiming to make it a community cornerstone for holistic pet care.

Tim boasts over a decade in reality TV casting and management, leading teams of 5-40. Expert in game shows, food contests, docu-series, and more, he has worked with top networks like ABC, CBS, NETFLIX, and HULU. His skills span talent spotting, budgeting, salary negotiations, and meeting network expectations.
